Definitions:
CFW - Crossfire War, publisher and owner of this website and its copyrighted content.
Visitor - user of content accessed from the server of the CFW website.
Content - Includes, but not limited to, text, pictures, descriptions, stories, titles, graphics, translations and accounts contained on the web pages of the CFW website.
Site - Web pages and web content contained within the internal structure of the CFW website.
Terms - The provisions of this document as explained in the Agreement and Usage sections below. Also referred to as "Terms of Service".

We ask that you read these Terms of Service. In using this content, you agree to be legally bound by the provisions of the Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website Service.
Usage:
The content is gathered, organized, and aggregated by CFW for the informational, educational, research and enjoyment purposes of the visitor. Content is created by either CFW or other sources. Content created by CFW is copyrighted. Content created by other sources is copyrighted, and is acknowledged by either a reference to the source, or through the copyright symbol. Material from these sources may also be linked to from our site.
Content may be referenced or linked to from the site, but not downloaded, placed on other websites, public or private databases, electronic or paper media, or any other referenced source outside of the site without permission, outside of the use of fair use laws regarding copyright or use of intellectual property.
Content of CFW may reflect factual, editorial and analytical views, but no guarantee or warranty is granted or implied as to the accuracy of the content. Visitors of CFW will agree that all claims will be filed in the jurisdiction where CFW resides, which is Cook County of the state of Illinois, United States of America. Decisions resulting from any litigation will be binding in the jurisdiction in which the Visitor resides.
Solicited or unsolicited content is neither sought out nor used within the site. It however can be linked to in accordance with copyright and intellectual property laws, and without compensation. Commentary, comments, questions and other material, may be incorporated into the according to copyright and intellectual property laws, and again, without compensation.
In the event that any provision of these Terms is held by a court to be unenforceable, the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
